I would hate open concept. I like hiding in my cube. I heard my company is eventually moving towards it, and I'm like nooooooo.When I was working at the state (of Vermont, way back when), they decided to transition everyone to an open floorplan. We got to choose the style of our desks, and I chose a standing desk. But once they actually installed it all (which took months), i unsurprisingly turned out that an open floor plan for a floor that had 200ish people on it was not the most productive environment. You could literally hear EVERYTHING.
