As with most software packages, a little maintenance and periodic updates are a must. Given that you reverted to MZ TB, I'm guessing you were using an outdated version of Outlook as well.

I should probably also add, that your network admin could have also quite possibly screwed up the exchange server settings which would also cause Outlook to behave poorly. :thumbs:
