I had an operator accuse me of selecting the wrong pump for a high pressure wash down system once.  Said it was cavitating like a mofo, and it was. I re-ran everything and told that that it was the right pump. They pulled the pump and found a scrub brush stuck in the inlet pipe.  Ha ha.
