Apply for CA-Seismic Exam

Hello Everyone, 

I am planning on giving the California Seismic and Survey exams. I really could not find the link to apply online where I can submit the documentation and fees to the board to receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) letter from the board. Can you please help me? I would really appreciate it.
