Application- SER for PE Construction- Estimator Profile

Hi

I am planning to apply for PE -Construction and am trying to fill out my application for Texas Board. I work fulltime as Construction Estimator. I have couple of years experience as Concrete Estimator and then 1 year as Estimator for O&G Chemical Plants.

Can somebody please guide me with the SER. My day to day activities do include cost estimating, scheduling, cost analysis, cost calculations, different type of bidding processes etc. I also do project engineering for onsite support. Besides that I also learning Piping engineering.

I am little confused about SER. Can somebody with Estimating profile help me out.

Pls guide. Infact I would love to see a sample SER.
