I went to the dentist today, they painted on that fluoride stuff, now I have a stomach ache... I hate that fluoride stuff.

You can decline to have it done. I know that Fluroide specifically isn't covered under our dental plan and it was costing $20 extra and a stomach ache each time. I said the hell with that. Bad for your stomach lining too.

I haven't done flouride in years. I was told at one point that it was only really useful for children and they stopped doing it after you turned 16
