I would suggest Kumho ASX, but it appears Tirerack doesn't sell them in 275/40-20.
The Continental Extreme Contacts are what Im going with. $275 each plus taxes/install/etc... Not quite as high-end on the performance side like the stock Pirelli P-Zeros, but they make up for it on the snow/wet/ice traction which should help in the winter time.

Interesting tidbit I learned today: mounting tires on a Camaro automatically voids manufacturer's warrantys. This is mostly due to the fact that the front and rear tires arent the same size and consequently wont allow you to rotate the tires off of the drive axle.

^^^ W... T... F...

Mounting tires on the Camaro voids the warranty? Dude... Almost all RWD cars nowadays have different sized tires. In fact, Corvettes have had different sized tires almost since jumpstreet and it's just NOW that it poses a problem?

Got rear ended pretty hard on the freeway on-ramp post

Thank God the kids weren't in my vehicle. I've never felt the back of my head slam into something with so much force before.

Waxed one car post.

Side note, caught (3) 2+lb trout yesterday evening post.

Wildfire on the other side of the mtn range yikes post

I buffed/waxed the car yesterday. It was long over due.

Spent an hour talking with a guy about good fishing spots yesterday as well

City ban on all open fires (including charcoal grills). Gas grills are still ok though.
