but then again, not much doesn't cook nice in a well seasoned skillet

unless you have a roast and it doesn't fit in the pan

then you have to go to the dutch oven

but I prefer to use mine for soups, stews & deserts

bacon w/ cheese works well too; but it depends on the type of cheese you utilize

personally, I like a good swiss

but a sharp or extra sharp cheddar could be utilized as well
