IS ANYONE GIVING MUCH TIME, THOUGHT AND STUDY EFFORT TO MODAL RESPONSE ANALYSIS (ASCE 12.9)? I CAN'T REALLY SEE HOW THEY'D EXPECT US TO DO MUCH (OTHER THAN MAYBE ONE MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION IN THE AM). I'M TAKING THE SE IN OCTOBER - GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE OUT THERE.

Can someone verify the requiremens about the SERM and other materials? I'm taking the SE in IL in October and all of the information I've seen the reference materials allowed are the same as found in the NCEES Candidate Agreement (i.e. the SERM is OK).

Hey ItzmeJ0e - what did you mean when you wrote "unless you're taking the exam in Illinois in which case you're out of luck"? I'm sitting for the S.E. in October and based on the NCEES candidate agreement it seems fine as long as it’s in a binder .....

FYI - I called on Friday morning (1/23) they said that my application was processed and I should receive a license # that day or on Monday. I checked the website and I showed up on Friday afternoon. GOOD LUCK!
