I just went back in the bathroom a few minutes after turning the shower off, and the shower head was dripping decently. I checked the knob, and it was all the way off. I turned it on and right back off, and it quit dripping. I don't know if that's relevant or not. 

I tried running it with just cold water. I occurred to me that since my shower only has one knob that controls the water temperature instead of separate hot and cold knows, hot water may be used even on the lowest setting, which I tried. I still got some vibration sounds, but it didn't last as...

The noises themselves don't bother me. My concern is they'll eventually spring a leak somewhere.  I can deal with a leak under the house, but I don't want to go tearing up walls.

Very impressive!  I'd be intrigued by a South Carolina one.  Our certificates are vertical instead of horizontal, but they're also 11x8.5.

I'll be getting a 5% raise, effective today. I work for a local county, so I figure that's pretty decent for a govt. job. They also paid, straight up, at least $2000 for me to take the exam, including a review course, admin and application fees, and books.

The test is the same nationwide.  I took the live online review course with School of PE and passed on the first attempt.  I was very happy with the class. I've heard a lot of good things on this board about EET.  I don't think you could go wrong with either one.
