Hi, In the NCEES Practice Exam Prob.121, the solution use 0.3Pn (pos-buckling) in compression, while per the seismic manual section F2.3(i) it should use [0.3x(1.14x Fcrex Ag)] (Expected post buckling), I don't know why, any correction if I misunderstand it?  Thanks.

Hi, for the NCEES Practice exam problem 801, for the part c question, they solve it with LRFD wind load but used ASD allowable stress! the wind load should be multiplied by x 0.6 so we can use the ASD allowable streeses, please correct to me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

Hi, For the structural reference manual, bridge design chapter 8, example 8.11, the reference used the required reinforcement ratio as 0.00173,  while the minimum ratio is 0.0031! I think the reference should use the minimum value, please correct to me if I'm wrong, Thanks.

Hi, in the structural engineering reference manual by ppi 8th. Ed. Example 4.53, the bearing stiffeners are 8"X1/2" each, these stiffeners are slender per Table B4.1a, the example doesn't check it? Is that enough? Because the limiting ratio of bst/tst<=0.45(E/Fy)^0.5? Thanks.
