    Question on Passing Score

It's probably a dumb question already, but I couldn't resist posting it. Does NCEES sets separate passing scores based on depths and disciplines? e.g. Can Civil/Structural passing score be different from Civil/Transportation? I couldn't find any information about this on NCEES.

    Example 1.4 in TDRM

This is regarding example 1.4 in Transportation Depth Reference Manual. Isn't the present value to be calculated based on annual costs and annual benefits (P/A instead of P/F)? Isn't it wrong to sum all the values and assume it as a future value?

    Outside U.S. Experience towards P.E.

Hello, Does any one know how can add my work experience gained outside U.S. towards P.E. exam? I know one or two P.E.s who I worked with here before. Can they sign on my experience letter even if it includes my foreign experience? Thanks.
