One of the joys of getting registed (or prob even applying) is your info is public record. I got a p.o. box to use as my pe mailing address when i originally took the test....I did give up on that after a few years and just have the junk sent to my home.

I took the surveying in Daly City and found it pretty difficult, about 50/50 if I passed. From the people that I have talked to, the seismic was rather easy this time. The first timers all have said it was pretty easy and the ones that that took it last time say it was a cake walk compared to...

got my results... :( ...guess I'm taking the surveying again...missed by 8 pts this time.

I haven't passed yet...so take what I say with a grain of salt Rubber vs. Embossed: I have no real clue as everyone I've worked with uses a rubber stamp. Exp. date vs. no exp. date: It depends on how often you will have to physically stamp drawings...I know people who will stamp 100+ sheets...

2007 CBC: Unless you are taking the SE, it's not required...the 06 IBC should be fine. ASCE 7-05: Is a must have if you are taking Structural in the afternoon...and for the second day it's a must. Hope this helps...and as always ymmv.
