What is the typical lag behind the PE results release date?

Did the equations for allowable tension loads of anchor bolts in masonry change between the 2005 and 2008 Masonry code? I am using the 2008 code and my answer does not match the NCEES Sample problem 132. Looking at the solution, the equations they use are different than the ones in the 2008 code.

Does anyone have a link to this? I have the second edition, first printing and the errata that I find on the IBC page seems to be a little different. Then page numbers do not correlate.

Should I get all the Six Minute Solution books if I am taking the Civil/Structural Depth? Wondering if those would be representative of the other morning breadth subjects.
