As someone who works in Construction Claims and deals with disputes all day long this is the crux of the matter. Whether you read it or not in the agreement, it's there. However the inconstant application of the rule is where the bacon fat is.

I'm in CALPERS as well, but my formula is 2.0% @55.  Currently I have 20 yrs with the State and a two years with a municipality, (same formula).   When I first started I was on Tier 2 which is 1.25% @55.   But as soon as Davis gave the option I jumped.  

got my results at 740pm.. I passed seismic..  Thank you Jesus (and EET) ... I don't think I could have don't it again.  now only have the 8 hour left.
