    Our rubber stamps and self-inking stamps are laser cut as well to give a much cleaner image than the older polymer systems.  If you have clear rubber, yours is the polymer type stamps.  The states with designs and state seals in the center have much more definition when cut with a laser.

    Sadi, in those jurisdictions you will need to find/hire a licensed engineer to review and stamp those drawings/reports.  Many engineers are able to get licenses in all those states through comity pretty easily.  All you have to do is find one engineer/firm likely.  Can you tell me/everyone more...

    OCT 2015 test takers, who else has already gotten a renewal notice?

    most states have a set renewal date, either even or odd years, birthdays, etc.  Some states will require you to renew less than a year after passing the PE to get you onto their schedule with the others.

    I also think that it is not a good idea to do it on the side because of the legal issues and insurances.

    I usually only count those if I'm going to be short on more technical PDH's.

    I have found a way to use the free courses through Trane, and others listed in USGBC website for a few renewal cycles so far.  I sometimes have to pay for the LEED specific ones though.

    Let me know if you have any questions.  I have taken the PE exam twice :(  for civil engineering and am pretty familiar with the PE exam procedures and am licensed in 5 states.

    Personally, I hesitate stamping any of the review and preliminary sets.  I just deal with the constant comments that they wanted them stamped and I tell them I will stamp the final set.

    Not sure about that section.  Washington accepts digital seals and signatures.  A drafter may apply the seal in the document, but only the engineer may apply it if it has a signature on it.
