I will recommend NESC with you during exam, there are  2-3 easy questions from this. If your company pays, go for new one, else according to me any older version will work, Not many changes are there in general for exam purpose between the editions.

In the same question if I give you Line Voltage Vab=480 angle 0 and ask you value of current for 25KVA  load having pf .75 lag then the current found will have -71.4 deg angle. Could you get the difference.

I do not think the owner of the Power line will permit anything of this type very near to their live line. If they permit; there are standard clearances to be maintained  between live and Grounded parts- needs to be followed.

Yes and they give Bonus 5% if you do it the moment it appears in your email box. That is the reason I set an alert for this survey and made it the moment it came. NCEES has confirmed that I have already earned 5 % but 5 % of what number makes me pass is the BIG QUESTION.
