Riviera maya is the resorts kinda near Playa del carmen...it's on the other side of the yacatan from merida

yes syc, Riviera Maya is just south of Cancun, not quite as touristy, beautiful resorts

maybe, probably actually, but the beaches are similar, the resorts are similar, Riviera Maya is mostly all inclusive resorts...You should definitely see hawaii and Kauai for sure, but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon...

back to the travel guide...in my opinion, Riviera Maya Mexico is just as nice, half the price and half as long to get there.

from the limited parts I've seen Ireland is beautiful, but it was mostly from a plane and a short stopover in the airport, it's on my list to make an extended stay

kauai is beautiful, not near what I expected...we were on the north side and it very remote

the trip was amazing, but studying on the beach or when you are travelling with 30 people was a silly idea

I thought I would study on the plane trip and took some books...ummm, didn't happen

smc when I failed in the spring last year, I was really worried I would have to cancel our trip to Hawaii last fall, but if you allow time in your study schedule for it, it doesn't hurt to have a break in there
