Ah, well it's good to know these phases are "normal" I moved into Phase 5 pretty quickly due to the constant asking. I'm working at a small company that has no experience with employees taking the PE. I lost count of how many times I had to "explain" way a scantron test takes 8-10 weeks to grade.

I did this too. It has differently helped me not get anxious everytime I have a new email.

(still waiting on my from SC, but...) I took the ISA training in Raleigh. If you can get your company to pay for it, I would suggest it. It's expensive, but they give you a lot of reference materials and suggestions on books. It's also June/July-ish so it gives you a good idea of where you are...
