As Jorge06 stated, you cannot submit a re-exam for an exam for which you are awaiting results. No, you cannot be approved to sit for an exam in the quarter in which you are submitting the request.

License numbers are issued by the CA Board every Friday so I suggest you monitor the online License Search Saturdays/Mondays
