Started mid Feb. Did test masters. 2 hours weekdays on test master days it was 9 so total about : 294-300 hours, Passed first time, Mechanical: Thermo Heats/Fluids other factors, I took the FE 2 years ago and graduated 5 years ago. So, nothing was especially fresh.

Texas has, I got mine instantly after i got my score.

So, off the bat I kind of feel that Texas' scoring system is dumb with its % rather than X/80 if you pass. But I actually got a weird set of numbers considering the out of 80 aspect. I got a 73% (woo hoo barely made it) which means i would have gotten 58.4 question correct if all 80 were in...

you dont have to work with the PE at the time of employment as long as they can basically vouch for you

Yea i am unsure what exactly they expect as far as what gets by as "your SER is good enough" i just know my over filled SER got like insta-approved so i never had to worry

They just separated Experience and the Test in Texas. So really you can pass the FE in college then go take the PE while everything is fresh. you just cant become a PE till you get your 4 years experience
