For all you PCS state folks PCS was updated earlier than NCEES last time around. I found out I passed on PCS Friday and NCEES didn't update until Monday.

I took the exam this past October in Fairfax VA and used a roller suitcase. Mine was carry-on sized but I saw some structural folks with two full size rollers. No problems for any of us.
You have to order it. They are not issued by the the commonwealth. Most reputable shops have the design required by Virginia. If you have PEs at your office they may have a vendor they used. I ordered mine through the vendor my employer uses.
