Frankly my exam experience was horrible they stated to report prior to 7.20 am but the proctors and the entire crew showed up around 7.50 and the exam was delay to start slight after 9:15

I stayed in the NRG center from 7am to 6pm and the exam itself was fretful !!!!!!!

That definitely sounds like something you should report to NCEES

I took it in Houston as well. The delay was due to a power outage at NRG. Once the power was restored around 7-7:30, the proctors still needed to run through their routine. I was initially very upset about the delay, but I think it might've actually helped since it allowed me more time to wake up.

EDIT: I took thermal fluids but figured I'd weigh in on the NRG issue
