Hello everyone, Cool site and I look forward to being a part of it. I have been out of college about 3 years now. I am a Mechanical Engineer working in the Steel Industry in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area. I have spent the last 3 years in Maintenance but start a project engineering role in June. Maintenance has been fun and good experience but I am ready for Engineering! I hope to get my licence after 4 years.
