looking for  the best free or/and paid courses regarding FE electrical and computer exam and the same regarding practice exams as well

I just used the PPI reference book, NCEES practice test and reference manual.  Go though them cover to cover and you should be fine.

I found the test to sync up very well with those items and I passed comfortably.
