Can confirm from the board that California, oregon, nevada, washington, and nebraska have also been released

Wow that seems like a lot, is this more than normal for day 1 release?
This appears to me more than ever before. But the trend has been moving toward more states releasing immediately over the last couple years. It helps that States are phasing out PCS services.

With that said, I'm sure that there will still be a few stragglers over the next week.

I can personally attest that CA is one state (that, to my knowledge, never used PCS) that has been a straggler in the past, but not this time. I think the decoupling had much to do with it.

NJ also surprised me!
