I didn't get my scores for this October yet, but I failed in April and had a 52. I think the passing is 56 but it may vary to 54 or even 57 depending on how many questions are thrown out. I believe a "group" of engineers will take the exam and see what questions test takers will typically get wrong. These are the questions that may get thrown out.....I hope. But passing should be around 56/80 = 70%

I was trying to figure this out too. I failed with 51/80 (Transpo depth Oct '10)
