Civil PE (construction module)

Anybody out there have advice on what reference material/code would be recommended/must for Civil PE exam (construction) discipline???

At a MINIMUM I would suggest (assuming you are well versed in Construction practice and have worked with a general contractor rather extensively):

CERM

MUTCD

OSHA standards

Crane & Rigging Handbook

Rigging and re-shoring are completely different beasts. Get both.
