I have been using WinSLAMM as one of the programs to model stormwater infiltration and TSS removal. I was recently told that when I went from pre-development to post-development I needed to change my soil to clay no matter what the actual soil type is. Does anyone know when this rule went into affect? I'm doing work in WI if that makes any difference.
