Please confirm the two statements below:

For horizontal curves, stations are measured along the length, L of the horizontal curve and not along the length of chord (LC) of the horizontal curve.

For vertical curves, stations are measured along the length, L which is NOT along the length of the curve, but is actually the horizontal line.
