University of Delaware DVD Review or North Carolina?

:unitedstates: Hi everyone. I'm looking at a DVD review course to prep for the April exam. I'm considering both the North Carolina DVD set available through PPI or the University of Delaware DVD review (http://www.engr.udel.edu/outreach/short-courses/pe-review/index.html). I've seen mixed comments on the North Carolina set, but nothing on about Delaware. Work is picking up the tab since there are several of us who will benefit. I would attend part of a live civil review but am traveling too much. Thanks and congrats to all of you who passed this last October.
