CAN WE USE PENCIL FOR THREE RING BINDER.

i think there was buzz around that we have to use pen not pencil notes ??

Generally pencil is not allow since that is what you take the test in and how they tell if you are marking in your books or not. However, it is something that you should check with your state about.

Depending on the State I think. I know at a time Maryland is pretty strict about that. I saw people got kicked out and books/binder confiscated but not sure if they still enforced that rule.

A quick way to eliminate any worry about this is to carry on taking your notes in pencil. When you have them fairly complete, just use a copier and copy them so that they are now in print format.
