How about Wisconsin? It was -1 deg F this morning. ;)

But we have jello shots...

I blame society as a whole for stuff like this, it happens in Texas, New York, CA, GA, etc.....kids get suspended for making their PB&J sandwich look like a gun-- just stupid...

Just having PB&J can get one sent home...

Some of these school officials who suspend students for imaginary things like this need a very real punch in the face to get them planted back in reality. Has anyone contemplated such a thing yet? It would be worth the assault charge.

The flip side of that coin is that there are parents out there that consider what that kid did as "bullying" even if it is a reference to a sci-fi movie.

The school sounds ridiculous - did you read the offenses for the other two suspensions of this kid? One was for referring to someone as "black" (he's 9, what do they expect?), and the other was for bringing his favorite book - a Children's encyclopedia - to school, because it had a section on pregnancy and a picture of a pregnant woman.

Is the Taliban running the Texas school system????
