I have the second edition (2012) and I was wondering if the question is in line with the answer?? It is asking for the VA and the answer is in Watts??

The answer looks correct. When you sum up the the different KVARS and KW, the PF is close to 1 @ .997. The answer is 85.07 KVA. The KVARS happened to be small in relative to KW's. The KVARS is 6.97 and KW's are 84.78. If the PF were to be actually 1 not .997 then the KVA would equal the KW. You may have a rounding error.
