Mechanical Field Supervisor

Minimum Requirements
You will have a degree in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, with seven years’ experience in the oil & gas industry or a similar process. You will have working knowledge of codes such as API, ASME Section I, V, VII and IX, ASME B31.1., preferably familiar with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform Field Supervisor’s function in various projects under the direction of concerned Supervisor/Sr Supervisor/ Superintendent.
• Supervise or manage quality systems implementation of capital projects.
• Prepare inspection plan for major construction projects.
• Supervise the execution and implementation of inspection and quality requirements as outlined by Saudi Aramco contracts, standards, procedures, specifications, general instructions and as directed by superintendent.
• Lead a group of inspectors and provide technical training and guidance, as required.
• Develop strategies to overcome the potential inspection challenges during the execution of project’s phases and to provide resolution to the field technical issues.
• Generate reports covering all the quality aspects.
• Ensure contractors are maintaining quality records, failure and repair histories, as applicable.
