Position Title = RF Engineer

Education Required = BSEE

Years of Experience= 5+

Job Description =

* Duties include identifying client needs and requirements, specifying equipment, creating design drawings and layouts,

and identifying frequency bands.

* Candidate will be able to utilize propagation modeling techniques to complete RF designs of large-scale, complex

markets. Ability to perform all stages of RF design, including: optimal site selection, link budget analysis and RF sweep

evaluation.

* Working knowledge of RF planning process and use of propagation tools.

* Develops, plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several complex projects, or for

the design within a specific discipline.

* Develops or evaluates plans/criteria or special analyses required in support of the engineering effort.

* Some past experience in manufacturing and designing of coaxial cable.

* Must be able to present complex technical data to audiences with non-technical backgrounds.

* Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Must have worked on F, BNC, N, TNC's etc. for an extended period of time, 5 plus years with a known connector manufacturer and should have patents he has developed or co-developed.
