[SIZE=10pt]Within this highly technical problem solving role, you will be managing a team of 3, based at RAF Valley. This role is multi-faceted so will appeal to somebody that is flexible and responsive; every day is different and offers a different challenge.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Your main responsibilities as a Reliability & Maintenance Lead - Hawk will involve: [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Managing the production and development of the Hawk Reliability Programme[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Leading the review of operational and technical reliability, identifying trends and making reliability improvement recommendations[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Monitoring effectiveness of OMP (Operators maintenance programme)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Leading and supervising the analysis of the Flight Operation and Maintenance Performance in Forward and Depth environments in order to ensure the aircraft are maintained to the required standards of airworthiness safety and cost effectiveness[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Identifying possible candidates for reliability/maintenance improvements[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Leading and supervise the production and distribution of the Hawk Reliability Report (HRR)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Contributing towards the Maintenance Program Review Board on reliability to ensure a defined approach for escalation of reliability issues[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Conducting detailed analysis of in-service data and provide recommendation of changes to the OMP[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Advising Technical Services Manager and Head of Fleet Management about all developing R&MP issues[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Managing the relationships with the CDO supportability and integration teams in continuing development of the reliability programme[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Your skills and qualifications as a Reliability & Maintenance Lead - Hawk:[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]HNC / HND / Degree in Engineering or equivalent[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Experience of pulling data from a LYST (Logistical Information Systems)[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Knowledge of human factors[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Knowledge of RCM (reliability centred maintenance) analysis[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Mechanical Systems experience preferred [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Experience of Hawk or Fast Jet[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]IT Literate – Intermediate user of Excel[/SIZE]
