It has a pretty simple overview of the items listed above. It is worth pointing out that most of the problems for the morning construction will be very straight forward. You likely will not need any references aside from the CERM 11th Edition.

There is a book by Ruwan Rajapakse that is specifically for the Construction Module of the Civil PE Exam and he covers all topics listed and it has good practice problems. You can find this reference here: http://pe-exam.com/Civilpeconstruction.html
