Correct. I thought about listing in the problem statement that it is a 4 legged intersection but then I decided..... Nah, let me just provide them with 4 ADTs and they can take it from there. ;)

 
R = ( # accidents)(10^6) / (ADT)(# of Years)(365 days)

R = (52)(10^6) / (975+1255+1570+1465)(1)(365) = 27.06 accidents per MVM

* The problem says MVM so we use 10^6 in the numerator. If it asks for HMVM you use 10^8
