Problem of FE certificate

Hi,

I've recently applied the Oct FE exam in Pennsylvania, and I'm considering to take either the Mechanical or General for the afternoon session.

Does anybody know, will there be any difference on the certificate if we choose ME/Civil/General for afternoon, or it will just be a certificate.

I'm in Oklahoma and I took the environmental PM this spring. There is nothing on the certificate to distinguish that I specialized in environmental nor on the Eng. Board's website record search. The certificate just says that I passed the FE exam and am enrolled as an Engineer Intern.
