No. Texas only have scaled percent scores for Texas candidates only.

There are a lot of engineers in Texas. When I took the exam, there were probably over 1000 people in the room. So you probably see a lot of us in the boards

I got 91 for MDM.

47/80 fail. 66% so close. First attempt 

47/80 is about 59% so if your Texas score is 66% then that means there's a 7% curve? 7% of 80 is about 6 questions dropped from the exam.
