I requested access to the PENOTES a couple days ago.

I followed the procedure as specified.

Is there anyway to get access.

You should be good to go... but, unfortunately, there was little (as is no) interest in keeping up the collaboration so it's been essentially unchanged in over a year. I keep saying I'll pull the plug one of these days to prevent confusion.
