Hey folks,
Personally I easily get mislead when it come to solving problems related to the above subject. I found this summary which i think will be of great value to us.
Just remember the average of sin wave = zero over a full cycle. but the average magnitude is taken over 1/2 a cycle. there were you find column 1 formulas applicable as I seems to me.
