I take a look in the NCEE website today and I find out that Oct, 2010 exam will be register from NCEE website by July 6, 2010. I am not sure what happen if you did not make the date-line for NY by the beginning of May (Apply for the Oct, 2010 exam)? Is that mean you still have time for one more month? "Edit"
