Why is it hard to find regular 4 roll  2-ply toilet paper.  The only choice for the 4 roll now is low end/budget brand that is only good for tp'ing your neighbors yard.  Most other choices are 6 rolls, 12 rolls, or 24 rolls in the mega or super roll size.
