NCEES AND CA-BOARD

WHO DECIDES THE PASSING SCORE ??? NCEES OR CA BOARD.

NCEES sets a recommended passing score, then it is up to the states to accept that value or use of their own. Some states blindly accept NCEES recommendation...those people got the results yesterday. Other states can give extra points for veterans..Georgia (I think)? Then there are others that just like to sit on them for awhile, but ultimately accept NCEES recommended score.
