Can someone please give me step by step instructions on how to deal with problems of this nature?

Here's my attempt:Reference EERM Chapter 63

The phase margin is defined as the number of degrees the phase angle is above -180 at the gain crossover point.

The crossover point is where the gain is equal to 0dB.

For this problem the crossover point is 1Hz.

The phase angle at 1Hz is -90 degrees.

The phase margin is then the difference between -90 and -180

Answer is +90 degrees (D)
