I'm having some confusion with the terms used in these questions and just want to make sure i get this right.

So is a phase to phase voltage also the line voltage? I thoght a phase to phase voltage was the phase voltage but working with this assumption i got the answers wrong.

Will appreciate getting more feedback.

Typically, the term "line voltage" is equivalent to line-line voltage(VLL). The term phase voltage is equivalent to phase-neutral voltage (VLN).

I agree and i get that. But what if it is described as a phase to phase voltage, what is being referenced in this case?
