can anyone answer, why in the answer section for prob #108, voltage phase b to neutural has angle of 120, i thought voltage angles are displaced like the this An=0, Bn=240, Cn=120, this is from stevenson and grainger book, thanks

I don't have this particular problem in front of me at the moment but there was some discussion on it in another thread. Perhaps that will help.
