TOTAL MYTH...as I have professionally failed the exam now 4x.

Hmmm ... perhaps you cannot say ....

Maybe it is a fact on a localized scale and a myth on a more global scale. Perhaps we could test the theory ... I will start to set up the algoritm ....

Myth, im a re-taker and I got my results the same time as everyone else.

in terms of letters I think people (when I took the exam way back in the mid 2000's) who passed get their letters out a day or two ahead of the failing letters, (i.e. I think they print the passing letters, then the failing letters since they update the passers on the website first) but I dont think it mattered if you were a first time taker or repeat taker..
